+++ NEUE +++ AVAST hat die ADNM v6 Beta Version veröffentlicht.

Installation:

-Previous installation of ADNM has to be removed first, prior to the new installation. Old avast 4.8 DB has to be removed too.

-Managed clients can be updated localy or remotely

Current version limitations:

- English version only

- ADNM v.6, managed clients v.6

- ADNM without SQL installation package

- Mirror status can be checked only in C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Management Tools\mirror\logs\status.log. Status.log displays ADNM and Neclient versions.

- Demo  license -> requires internet connection. Network without internet connectivity -> user have to upload license manually. See download links below.

- Installation package can be installed with default settings only (full BPP package)

- Modified GUI based on v.4.8

- Second lvl mirror feature was removed (will be added in v.7)

Basic ADNM v.6 changes:

- MSI installation package was replaced by selfextract *.exe installer

-On-access scanners tasks section was moved to Computer group settings

-New communication ports

Client communication port: 16136 (avast5.ini, _S_CLIENTSLISTENPORTADDRESS_KEY)

Client comm port, push requests: 16139 (avast5.ini, _S_CLIENTSPUSHPORTADDRESS_KEY)

SSL comm port console: 16138 (avast5.ini, _S_CLIENTSLISTENPORTADDRESSSSL_KEY)

UDP information port: 16133 (avast5.ini, _S_INFORMATIONPORTADDRESS_KEY)

• Please note that avast! Business Protection Plus runs only on PC operating systems with Windows XP or later.
• Older Windows operating systems (Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000) are not supported.
